3480806 - Rehire on Old Employment is not showing in the Rehire Verification task - Onboarding

• The option to rehire with old employment is not showing in the rehire verification task.
• The Rehire On Old Employment Feature is enabled, but the option is still not available in the Rehire Verification Task.

Pre-requistes:

• Rehire On Old Employment feature is enabled in Admin Center > Onboarding General Settings.
• Rehire Coordinator must have the 'Rehire Inactive Employee by match in New Hire' in RBP.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Login as the Rehire Coordinator
2. In the To-Do panel, select the Employment Profile Selection Task
3. Start the task for the affected rehire
4. Select the matching profile
5. See that the button is only for New Employment, and shows no option for Rehire on Old Employment

• The user's previous employment is still active, as a result, the Rehire On Old Employment option in the Rehire Verification Task did not appear.
• User status is 't' and not 'f' in Data Inspector > Table_USER_SYSINFO.

The Rehire on Old Employment applies to candidates whose previous employment is in a proper termination state - Inactive. The profile in Employee Central should show as Inactive and in Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO, the valid should come as 'f' instead of 't'. 

To resolve the issue a script execution is required for the following changes:

1. Update the user status to 'f' in the user sys info table
2. Updated the Account status to Inactive.
