Symptom

  • Cannot find the correct system for case reporting
  • Only few systems are shown for system selection when creating a case
  • No system available to select for case creation
  • I have enough authorizations, but I still cannot find the system that I want to submit a case 
  • Not all systems are available for selection when creating a case even though my S-user has all authorizations
  • Some systems are missing from the system drop down list when creating a case to SAP while the systems are visible in System Data application
  • System List shows 'No data'
