Symptom
- Cannot find the correct system for case reporting
- Only few systems are shown for system selection when creating a case
- No system available to select for case creation
- I have enough authorizations, but I still cannot find the system that I want to submit a case
- Not all systems are available for selection when creating a case even though my S-user has all authorizations
- Some systems are missing from the system drop down list when creating a case to SAP while the systems are visible in System Data application
- System List shows 'No data'
