The system shows zero under "Time Off Balances As Of Termination Date," even if there is a remaining balance.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Employee Profile
  2. Employment Details>Balance as of Termination
  3. Check that the Balance of the Time Types is zero
  4. When the associated Time Account close is set to No, the system shows the remaining balance.

Cause

Working as Designed

Resolution

  • It is expected that the balances will turn zero under "Time Off Balances As Of Termination Date", when the associated time accounts are set to close, even if there's a remaining balance.
  • To view the remaining balance under "Time Off Balances As Of Termination Date", set the Time Account closed as No under Manage data>Time Account>Closed
