Symptom

  • After updating to BI Platform Clients 4.3 SP3 Patch11, the following error message appears when launching the Web Intelligence Rich Client:
  • Error: Execution was halted due to attempt to load an unsigned component. C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntd1l.dll. Please check SAP Note 3394221 for details on how to resolve the issue.
  • If running the Webi Rich Client with Windows Administrator, it works fine.
