In Failed Delivery Processing Worklist of SAP S/4HANA Transportation Management product, there is a column called 'Delivery Proposal Sent' in query 'Order-Based Requirement Documents - Incomplete' or 'Order-Based Requirement Documents - Resendable'. This column should open 'Display Application Log Entries' (tcode /SCMTMS/APPLOG) to show the TM log. However, the user is being redirected to a strange page with a URL that includes '#Shell-startGUI'.
