3481118 - Charts is not displaying data and not applying filters correctly in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)

In an SAC story, a chart periodically shows "Failed to fetch data" or improper data, while a table with the same data works properly in the same story.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2024.8.10

1. Open the story.
2. Notice the chart with "Failed to fetch data".
3. The data is displayed when the chart is copied to an other page (responsive or canvas).
