Below dump occurs on saving the Account workflow rule. 

'500 SAP Internal Server Error'

Below is an example for Account workflow rule:

1. Go to Administration workcenter
2. Go to Workflow Rules view
3. Open Workflow Description- "ABC" 
4. Chose Edit 
5. Navigate to Define conditions
6. Add condition by ADD Group 
7. Group 2 ABC Classification > Equal to > A-Account.
8. Add Sales Organization ID > Contains
9. Add Recommended Visit Frequency > Equal to
10. Go to Review step > Click Finish
11. Dump Occurs.

Workflow condition is throwing a dump on creating condition with field "RecommendedVisitingFrequencyDuration" which is of type "Duration".

The Duration Type is not supported. Remove condition 'Recommended Visit Frequency' from the workflow creation.
