3481166 - Unable to delete Enterprise Project or WBS Element

Symptom

While deleting a project or WBS in app "Project Control - Enterprise Projects" or app "Project Planning" the following error occurs:

"You cannot delete this project because of the current processing status" or

"Status Released of WBS element prevents WBS element deletion."
