3481181 - The account dimension present in the model is not represented in story in SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).

The value present with the account dimension inside model is not represented in the story in SAC.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2.0

Datasource: BW

1. Log in to SAC.
2. Open the story and go to the edit mode.
3. Select the widget and open the builder panel.
4. Click on Add dimension.
5. Select dimension search for the value associated with account dimension in filter option.

Notice that the value associated with the account dimension is not present in the filter option.

It is not possible to show an account dimension as 'Flat Representation' like for other dimensions. The account dimension always has at least one hierarchy and if the member is not part of it, it will not be shown in the story.
