3481317 - Hire Date Correction erase HR manager in User Directory File (UDF) - Employee Central

User is hired in the system however is decided to change Hire date to a future date, after the change is noted that the field HR was erased and now shows "NO_HR" in User Directory File.

Sentback reason: State engineering ticket reference number in keyword which fixes this issue.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Hire an employee in past or as of today (make sure to add HR manager)
2. Check UDF the HR manager field is filled correctly according value set
3. Go to Manage Data  -> Hire Date Correction -> Set hire date of employee to future
4. Go to UDF -> HR field is set to NO_HR.

This fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2024 release (b2411).
