3481348 - User on waitlist does not get auto-enrolled when seat opens up in class

An LMS User registered for a Class is on the Waitlist, another User cancels their registration but User on Waitlist does not get enrolled automatically.

SAP SuccessFactors LMS

1. User registers for a Class where Auto-enroll from waitlist is ticked on and the seats are all filled up
2. (Optional step: They receive Approval)
3. A seat opens up in Class
4. User does not get auto-enrolled
5. Other Users may get auto-enrolled while original User remains on Waitlist

The User may have a schedule conflict for the time of that Class and "Prevent Admins and Managers from creating user schedule conflicts" is set to yes in Global Application settings.

The Auto-enroll from Waitlist option is treated by the system as an Admin initiated action. As such, even if "Prevent Users from creating user schedule conflicts" is set to no, for Auto-enrollment to happen the User cannot have a conflict of schedule for that Class. 

For Auto-Enrollment to happen the User cannot have a conflict of schedule for that Class if "Prevent Admins and Managers from creating user schedule conflicts" is set to yes in Global Application settings.
