Symptom

Is it possible to configure an email template as the default option in the online offer settings?

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In Recruiting
  2. Go to Candidate
  3. Take Action
  4. Offer Letter
  5. Select Offer Letter
  6. Next
  7. Here you can select an email template from the dropdown.
  8. It is not possible to default the email template

Resolution

Currently, it is not possible to set a default email template when sending an offer to a candidate. User will have to use the drop down and select an email offer template they wish to send to the candidate.
