3481450 - SGEN: cannot allocate enough memory: Allocation failed $REASON$

Symptom

You are running SGEN to generate the ABAP load. It failed.
 
When you check the log of the SGEN job RSPARAGENER8M, there is the following error.

2024/05/31 04:42:30 Generation stopped due to 568 generation errors (see long text)                     TSGEN         228          E
2024/05/31 04:42:30 Job canceled after system exception ERROR_MESSAGE                                    00           564          A
**********************************************
 
When you check the system log via T-code SM21, there is the following error at the above time point.
 
**********************************************
> cannot allocate enough memory: Allocation failed $REASON$
An internal database error caused the database transaction to abort
**********************************************
