3481516 - Unable to add/delete/edit expenses condition type from trading contract after GR reversal - SAP ERP & SAP S/4HAHA

Symptom

  • Unable to add/delete/edit expenses (delivery cost) condition type from TC via WB22 even after canceling the follow-on GR and IR. 
  • Error V1631 "You cannot enter new delivery costs" is displayed.
  • Error V1226 "Condition XXXX cannot be deleted" is displayed.
