3481591 - Coverage Rounding Rule not executed or Rounded Coverage is blank when factor is -1 in rate chart

• Coverage Rounding Rule not executed when factor is -1 in rate chart.
• Rounded Coverage is blank in enrollment.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central: Employee Benefits

1. During creation of enrollment or editing enrollment, change coverage value.
2. Check that rounded coverage value is not shown and also rule trace does not capturethe Coverage Rounding Rule being executed/triggered.

The issue is with rate chart. Rate chart is configured with factor -1.

When rate chart is configured with factor -1, system picks the contribution values directly from the rate chart and there won't be any calculation with coverage. Hence the rounded coverage is not calculated.
