3481684 - Error AMOC002 when changing account assignment object (Ex: cost center) of an investment measure (ex:WBS)

Symptom

You change the master record of an investment measure (for example, order or WBS element). The system should also change the changed master data in the relevant asset under construction and carry out an intracompany transfer (for example, from the old cost center to a new cost center)

Error message "Transfer on xx/xx/xx is not possible for asset xxxx xxxxxxx-x" (AMOC002) is triggered.
