Symptom

Check synchronization logs in the cronjob to find out synchronization status related errors, for example:

[CatalogVersionSyncMaster] sync ended with 14 unfinished items - see last sync media for details 

[CatalogVersionSyncJob] Finished synchronization in 0d 00h:00m:00s:088ms. There were errors during the synchronization!
