The application error id would be accompanied by error: Job requisition form data is associated with the user you are trying to purge. Contact the system administrator to proceed further

Successfactors - Recruiting Management

1. Go to: Company ID: 
2. Login as
3. Go to Data Retention Management
4. System Identifier Purge Job Monitor.
5. Purge all inactive users
6. submit

Email receive by approval:
