3481818 - VL02N: Inspection lot is not cancelled with the deletion of the delivery (lot origin 10)

Symptom

In transaction VL02N an outbound delivery is deleted, either via clicking the trashcan icon or by setting the quantity to 0 and clicking the button 'Post Goods Receipt'. However, the connected inspection lot - of origin 10 - is not cancelled.

This inspection lot cannot be deleted via the transaction QA02 either, as the 'Cancel Lot' menu option is greyed out.
