3481919 - Business rules are not supported in custom task MDF - Onboarding

Since Business Rules are not supported in custom task MDF, is there a workaround to automatically populate values in a custom field when creating Custom Onboarding/Offboarding tasks?

There is no supported method to automatically populate values (e.g., Employee information) into custom fields in a custom MDF object using business rules or any workaround.

Custom Onboarding and Offboarding tasks are designed for collecting information. Beyond the standard information collection within tasks, additional functions are not current supported.
