3481929 - Contract Leakage app not recognizing contract number

Symptom

The Contract Leakage app (F0681) doesn't show the contract number next to the leakage amount, even after making a purchase order using that contract.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Resolution

To display contracts in the leakage app, consider the following conditions:

  1. If a purchase order (PO) is already associated with contracts, those contracts won't appear in the app.
  2. Contracts will be displayed only if there are no references.
  3. The calculation of Leakage Amount considers only quantity contracts; value contracts are excluded from this calculation.
