3482019 - S4HANA Mashup is Not Clickable Inside SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

Symptom

You have created an HTML mashup for S4HANA application, and it is rendering fine inside the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 system, but after sign in you cannot click inside the S4HANA application.

Environment

  • SAP Service Cloud v2
  • SAP Sales Cloud v2

Resolution

Please follow the below steps in your S4HANA settings in order to solve the issue:

  1. Go to Administration.
  2. Enter Security.
  3. Go to Maintain Protection Allowlists.
  4. In the Clickjacking Protection tab, click on the + icon and add the Trusted Host Name, Schema, and Port for your SAP Service Cloud tenant.

This step allows trusted access for SAP Sales and Service Cloud and Agent Desktop to your S/4 HANA Cloud tenant.
