3482019 - S4HANA Mashup is Not Clickable Inside SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2

Symptom

HTML mashup for S4HANA application is rendering fine inside the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 system, but it's not possible to click inside the S4HANA application.

Environment

  • SAP Service Cloud v2
  • SAP Sales Cloud v2

Resolution

Please follow the below steps in order to solve the issue. The steps for Cloud and on premise are different.

S4HANA CLOUD: 

  1. Go to Administration.
  2. Enter Security.
  3. Go to Maintain Protection Allowlists.
  4. In the Clickjacking Protection tab, click on the + icon and add the Trusted Host Name, Schema, and Port for your SAP Service Cloud tenant.

This step allows trusted access for SAP Sales and Service Cloud and Agent Desktop to your S/4 HANA Cloud tenant.

S4HANA ON PREMISE:

  1. Start the transaction UCONCOCKPIT.
  2. Under Scenario, select HTTP Allowlist Scenario.
  3. Open Clickjacking Framing Protection.
  4. Click on the change icon.
  5. Under Logged HTTP Allowlist Checks, select the row for the SAP Sales and Service cloud v2 tenant and click on 'To Allowlist'.
  6. A pop up will appear showing the host URL and port. Click on the check icon to confirm.
  7. Save.
