3482064 - Print preview function does not work due to error USMD2240

Symptom

When you working with multi-processing change requests, there is option as "Print Preview" when you open the change request. If you click on the button, you will get error USMD2/240 "Print Preview not possible; error while creating Adobe PDF form".
