Symptom
- Missing Confirm Option: There is no option to confirm a customer after performing a search.
- No Confirm Checkbox/Icon: The Confirm checkbox/icon is not visible for Business Partners (BP) such as Account, Contact, Individual Customer, Utilities-Premise, or Utilities-Contract Account in the Live Activity Center.
- Unable to Select BP: Users cannot confirm and select a BP from the search results, preventing further actions.

Cause
- Expected Behavior: The absence of the Confirm checkbox/icon for Business Partners (BP) in the Live Activity Center is not a bug but the expected behavior.
- Activity Creation Required: The Confirm button becomes available only after an activity is created.
- Active CTI Connection Needed: An active CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) connection or an ongoing interaction is necessary to trigger the confirmation logic.
- CTI Integration Requirement: This functionality is only possible with a CTI integration, which provides the necessary context for confirming a BP.
Resolution
- To enable the Confirm icon (man icon) for users, ensure the following conditions are met:
- CTI Integration: There must be an active integration with a CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) system.
- Correct Payload: The CTI must send the correct payload to create an activity.
- These conditions are necessary for the Confirm icon to appear and function properly in the Live Activity Center.
