3482076 - Cannot see Data Services Repositories in CMC after upgrading to SAP BusinessObjects Information platform services

• "Http Status 500-Internal Server error".
• When trying to configure a Data Services repository in CMC, there is a 500 internal error.
• Error appears when clicking on CMC > Data Services > (repository name).
• Error appears when clicking on CMC > Information Steward > Connections.
• Error appears to every Integrator type selected from CMC > Information Steward > Connections > New > Integrator Source.
• Wdeploy does not fix the error.
• Clearing Tomcat cache does not fix the error.
• Install from scratch still return the error message.
