3482093 - Failed to restore ASE by using Commvault when SSL connection is enabled - SAP ASE

• ASE is installed with the following options in SWPM

1.Enable encrypted data transmission with SSL
2.Enable SSL for backup server
3.Enable full database encryption 

•  Commvault log shows the connection is failed.

  cv_syb_connect() - ct_connect failed
  cv_syb_connect() - Retry connect with password encryption
  cv_syb_connect() - ct_connect retry
  cv_syb_clientmsg_cb() - Message String: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed
  cv_syb_connect() - ct_connect failed again
  cv_syb_connect() - Retry after setting CS_SEC_EXTENDED_ENCRYPTION.
  cv_syb_connect() - ct_connect retry
  cv_syb_clientmsg_cb() - Message String: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints  cv_syb_connect() - ct_connect failed again
  CvSybDB::InitSybConnection() - error message: ct_connect(): network packet layer: internal net library error: Net-Lib protocol driver call to connect two endpoints failed
