3482096 - Tab Service Keys not show up in BTP Cockpit for SAP HANA Cloud

Symptom

You would like to create a Service key from HANA Cloud instance, in order to build communication with your applications, like ALM for monitoring purpose etc.

However, you cannot see "create Service Key" option in the 3-dots button of your HC instance under your Subaccount - Instance and Subscriptions. Nor the Service Key tab from the right panel once you click on the instance.
