3482149 - Deletion of Entries Under "Connections Using ABAP Driver" List in SM59 leads to Dump MESSAGE_TYPE_X Error

Symptom

When the entries "RECORDER", "RECORDER_NU" and "SAPGUI_QUEUE" under the "Connections Using ABAP Driver" list in SM59 are deleted by mistake, after re-entering SM59, there will be a MESSAGE_TYPE_X dump.
