3482234 - WMATGRP04 cannot delete BW tables like WRF_MATGRP_PROD and WRF_MATGRP_MD*

Symptom

There is an activated Article Hierarchy with article assigned to it. Then the Article Hierarchy status (WRF_MATGRP_HIER-STATUS) is modified to 01 or 03 via SE16, or modified by an unknown reason, and the BW tables WRF_MATGRP_PROD and WRF_MATGRP_MD* are remaining in system.
After that, try to use t-code WMATGRP04 to delete the Article Hierarchy, the BW tables WRF_MATGRP_PROD and WRF_MATGRP_MD* are not deleted.
