SAP Knowledge Base Article - Preview

3482249 - Article Hierarchy status is 01 by default after creation.

Symptom

After creating an Article Hierarchy in T-code WMATGRP01, it is noticed that the Article Status (WRF_MATGRP_HIER-STATUS) is always set as "01 Planned" by default.
It is unclear how to change the status value.
