3482250 - How the event setting works for the Integration Monitoring - SAP Cloud ALM

• Erroneous Messages have been collected for the category, however, the event actions (Alert, Email Notification, Chat notification, Ticket Notification, Operation Flow) were not triggered as expected for the monitored service/system.
• Only one alert and notification was generated event though the error messages happens repeatedly.
• There are 2 similar types of Events "Erroneous Messages Detected (Single)" and "Erroneous Messages Detected (Grouped)", what is the difference between these 2 events?
• How the "Grouping" and "Parameters" works for the event settings.
