3482333 - ITSM: User status is not changed to In Process when using SOLMANREQU to reply an Incident/Test Case document in Author Action


When logging onto CRM UI with End User and SOLMANREQU business role to reply Test Case ZMDT that has status Author Action, the status remains in Author Action and is not changed to "In Process" as expected.
