3482358 - Custom field is blank in the Portfolio Management dashboard (e.g. Portfolio Items)

Symptom

  • A custom field has been defined for portfolio items (table /RPM/ITEM_D include CI_RPM_ITEM_ATT).
  • The Portfolio Items dashboard displays blank values for this custom field, despite values for this custom field having been maintained for the portfolio items.
  • The same issue may be observed in some other Portfolio Management dashboard (e.g. Portfolio Initiatives)
