Symptom
- When attempting to link an email ID to the SAP Universal ID in the Manage my Account page, a message stating "There is no account associated with this e-mail" appears and the Link button is not available.
- I encountered a problem while attempting to link an email ID to the SAP Universal ID on the Manage my Account page, as the Link button was not visible.
- No link button available to link an additional email to the SAP Universal ID
- Authentication with this email is not possible, since there is no IDS account behind it.
