Symptom

  • When attempting to link an email ID to the SAP Universal ID in the Manage my Account page, a message stating "There is no account associated with this e-mail" appears and the Link button is not available.  
  • I encountered a problem while attempting to link an email ID to the SAP Universal ID on the Manage my Account page, as the Link button was not visible.
  • No link button available to link an additional email to the SAP Universal ID
