3482541 - Error "Your Domain is Not Trusted" for Mashup in SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 System

Symptom

Mashup was created, but it is not rendering. It fails with error: "Your domain is not trusted. Please contact your system administrator".

Environment

  • SAP Service Cloud v2
  • SAP Sales Cloud v2

Cause

It's necessary to allow list the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 tenant URL in the authentication application side, so that the authentication URL can be loaded inside Iframe in the SAP Sales and Service Cloud V2 domain.
