Symptom

You have implemented Key User Tool (KUT) UI extension fields in Utilities Contact Center and would like to seek assistance from SAP Support.

Cause

KUT UI extension fields are no longer supported for Utilities Contact Center, once it uses the PDI tool for UI extensions.

Resolution

To receive assistance from SAP Support with UI extension fields in Utilities Contact Center, you are required to use the version of SAP Cloud Applications Studio (PDI) that corresponds to your SAP Cloud for Customer release version to build them
