3482627 - How to clear journal entries from previous years?

Symptom

There are journal entries from previous years, and it's necessary to clear them.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud, Public edition

Resolution

  1. Enter the app Clear G/L Accounts - Manual Clearing; 
  2. In the Field Posted By enter the date of the Journal Entry to be cleared;
  3. All accounts with entries that weren't cleared at that date should appear;
  4. Select the account of the entry you want to clear;
  5. Select the entry to be cleared;
  6. Click Post.
