3482627 - How to clear journal entries from previous years? - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

There are journal entries from previous years that need to be cleared.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Enter the app Clear G/L Accounts - Manual Clearing; 
2. In the field "Posted By" enter the date of the Journal Entry to be cleared;
3. All accounts with entries that weren't cleared at that date should appear;
4. Select the account of the entry to be cleared;
5. Select the entry to be cleared;
6. Click Post.
