3482640 - WebService Consumer Proxy call appears in SXMB_MONI instead of SRT_UTIL

Symptom

When you execute reports ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY or RH_SFIOM_ORG_OBJ_REPL_QUERY, there is no entry in transaction SRT_UTIL for the respective Sender Interfaces. Instead, the entry appears in the logs from transaction SXMB_MONI, as if it was calling PI/XI.
