Unable to run story report when accessing SuccessFactors via Secondary Logon from Provisioning

• SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • Analytics & Reporting (Ad Hoc, YouCalc, ORD)
    • Report Centre
      • Story Report

1. Open provisioning for the Required company
2. Navigate to Log in to customer instance
3. In the "Secondary Logon" provide Support access username and login
   
4. In the Instance Go to Reporting
5. Run/Create Story Report
6. The page will get stuck in a blank or loading screen 

• The Story reports require users to complete the IAS authentication process to access the SAC (SAP Analytics Cloud) in the backend.
• When users utilize Secondary Logon from Provisioning instead of direct login credentials (username and password), the IAS authentication step is bypassed, resulting in the blank loading screen issue.

1. Use direct login credentials (username and password) to access the instance.
2. Complete the IAS authentication process to ensure access to SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
3. Run or create the Story Report after successful authentication.
