How to track the availability status of In-House Repairs in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition?

Resolution

Currently there is no a dedicated app assisting the tracking the availability of the in-house repair status. It can be achieved by extending the "Manage In-House Repairs" app.
A custom field should be created which reflects the availability status of each line item of in-house repair, and the BADI CRMS4_REPA_CUST_I_MODIFY can be used to populate this field.
Then, the status of availability can be tracked either via the "Manage In-House Repairs" app by filtering out the target custom field, or via the "Service Actuals" app.
