Unposted Goods and Activity Confirmation with error message 'Account assignment missing for Company AAA, Business Residence BBB, Product Category CCC and Landed Cost Category DDD. Maintain G/L account group and cost center in the Business Configuration activity Configuration for Expensed Landed Costs.'

(AAA represents the company ID. BBB represents the business residence ID. CCC represents the product category ID. DDD represents the landed cost category ID.)

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the General Ledger work center.
2. Go to the Source Documents view.
3. Select the document ID and click Actions-Post Business Transaction.
4. Error occurs.

No valid account assignment settings for Company AAA, Business Residence BBB, Product Category CCC and Landed Cost Category DDD.

1. Go to the Business Configuration work center.
2. Go to the Overview view.
3. Search for activity: Configuration for Expensed Landed Costs.
4. Open the activity and add a row for the combination: Company AAA, Business Residence BBB, Product Category CCC and Landed Cost Category DDD.
5. Maintain a cost center and a G/L account group for it.
6. Save the settings.
7. Then navigate to the source document view and the document can be posted successfully.
