3482732 - Unable To Create Extension Field Of Type Percentage

Symptom

When creating a KUT field, the Field Type Percentage is not displayed as option.

Environment

SAP Business Bydesign

Reproducing the Issue

For this example, it will be used the creation of a KUT field in a Sales Quote.

  1. Go to New Business Work Center View.
  2. Select Sales Quotes View.
  3. Filter for All Quotes.
  4. Open any Sales Quote ID.
  5. Go to Key User Settings and click on Start Adaptation Mode.
  6. Select the "+" Icon in the Adaptation column.
  7. Select Extension Fields.
  8. Select Create New Field.
  9. Select the drop down in the Field Type.

The option Percentage is not displayed as a Field Type.

Cause

This is current system behavior, currently creating KUT field of type Percent is not supported.
