SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
- Story widgets become blank suddenly in SAC.
- Using the same model in a new widget works correctly.
Environment
SAP Analytics Cloud Enterprise
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to SAC.
- Open a story.
- Notice that some widgets are blank, while creating a new widget with the same model is possible.
Cause
Some irrelevant filters are applied to the chart (related to Linked Analysis configuration that might have been removed from the story for example).
Resolution
It is recommended to check the Applied to Chart Menu on the faulty widgets (accessible from the three dots next to the top right corner of the widget) to make sure all the configurations are relevant and working correctly.
