3483032 - User not included in the People Pool

• Users are not being included in the People Pool;
• Users can't access or edit information for certain users, even with all permissions granted;

1. Go to employee profile;
2. Search for any field that should be visible or editable;
3. Unable to view or edit;
4. Search for the field that is being used in the people pool;
   1. Check if the field is correct in EC;
   2. Download the User Directory File (UDF);
   3. Search for the same field from EP;

The people pool in the permission group is using a mapped field from EP to include users but the data is out of sync. If the field is correct in EC but incorrect in EP, there is a HRIS Sync issue. 

• You can perform a User Based HRIS Sync as per KBA 3044382 - User Based HRIS Sync to sync data for individual users;
