How to reset the password for "IAS_TECH_USER".
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
Integrate SAP SuccessFactors Learning and SAP Cloud Identity Service.
Cause
The password of the technical user("IAS_TECH_USER") is randomly generated during the Learning setup process.
Resolution
The password for the technical user("IAS_TECH_USER") is set automatically. If necessary, reset the password in the Learning settings as well as in Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning.
