Symptom

  • Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (IRPA) is no longer available as a subscription option in the SAP Discovery Center or SAP Store.
  • Attempt to procure or renew IRPA entitlement result in unavailability or rejection and fails with below error:

    Subscription failed:
    Couldn't subscribe to SAP Intelligent Robotic Process Automation. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a support case using the component: CA-ML-IPA.
