3483191 - Error: “com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report…CRSDK00000924] Error code name:failed” when importing a Crystal Reports for Enterprise report in Translation Management Tool

Symptom

  • Failed to load report in Translation Management Tool.
  • In the Translation Management Tool, when attempting to import a Crystal Reports for Enterprise report, it fails with the error:

    "com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.report.lib.ReportSDKException: Could not initialize class org.apache… interpol.Configuation.Interpol
      ---- Error code: -2147467259 [RSDK00000924] Error code name:failed"
