How to print the header line on all pages?

Take standard form PP_MOR_DATA_LIST as example. 
In the current release(CE2408), in standard form PP_MOR_DATA_LIST , the check box “Include Header Row in Subsequent Pages” on the header line hdrComponentsItems is not set and thus it is the designed behavior that the header row appears only on the 1st page.
How to print the header line of component table on all pages.
I.e. Print below header line on all pages.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. In Adobe LiveCycle Designer, for hdrComponentsItems,  In Pagination, tick on below 2 checkboxes.
   

2. In Binding, tick on checkbox ‘Repeat Row for Each Data Item’ and set ‘Min Count’ = 1.
