3483220 - [1H 2024]Employee Quick Card is not loading data if User Search RBP permission is not granted

Since 1H 2024 release, the employee quick card will not be displayed if the user has no User Search RBP permission.

Instead, it will show an error "Unable to load data" for legacy employee profile or "Looks like something went wrong" for latest employee profile.

API to retrieve data in quick card was enhanced in b2405 version.

Extra RBP permission check "User Search" was added to that API in order to enhance security.

Grant the user who needs to view the quick card "User Search" RBP permission with a target population including the users being viewed.
