3483258 - The standard application field "interviewResult" should be set as read-only - Recruiting Management

After editing the interviewResult field and save the application, it still shows blank even though it said Saved Successfully.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Access to Recruiting > Job Requisition.
2. Select a job requisition and open an application under Interview status.
3. Edit the interviewResult field and save the application.
4. Saved successfully. However, you will see the field is still empty.

The standard application field "interviewResult" has been granted write permission to operators.

The standard application field "interviewResult" is used to display interview-related data on the application record and make some interview information reportable and tokenized.

It contains the average rating of the completed interviews.

It should not be granted write permission to operators. Please only grant read permission so that operators can see and report this field.
